Platform Overview Book Homebase Inc. operates an online property booking platform that connects property owners/managers ("Hosts") with individuals seeking to book properties for accommodation ("Guests"). Bookings are made directly between Hosts and Guests, and Book Homebase Inc. acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate these transactions.

3. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Account Registration To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

5. Property Listings and Bookings Hosts are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their property listings. Guests agree to review all relevant details provided by the Host before making a booking. Book Homebase Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of property listings or the condition of the properties.

6. Booking Process The booking process is an agreement solely between the Host and the Guest. Book Homebase Inc. is not a party to any rental agreement and is not responsible for any disputes between Hosts and Guests. Any issues regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, or property conditions must be resolved directly between the Host and the Guest.

7. Prohibited Activities Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, unauthorized access, interference with the proper functioning of the platform, and violation of any applicable laws.

8. Privacy Policy Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Service Book Homebase Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform at any time for any reason without notice. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability Book Homebase Inc. is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from the use of our platform. Users engage with the platform at their own risk.
